As per our co mentor Mr Sulaiman having a good skill and knowledge on cars. He has lot of experienced which twelve year of experience in Tan Chong Ekpress Auto Service Sdn Bhd, he was started as Technician then been promoted as Time Controller, Service Supervisor, Service Officer and last position as an Assistant Head of Workshop. As a leader he demonstrate and guiding other co-workers the proper way on how to do a proper and the best quality outcome on car maintenance services and repair.
TARGET MARKET
Regular customer is being the target market group of this company. Our company will follow up every 3 month after the customer having the services. In addition, our customer relation officer will contact customer after 3 days using our services to make sure every outcome is beneficial for customers and our company. Thus, having reminder and every comment that provided from customer is important for our company. As this company located and operate at student of university area, we also put our target on students and staff vehicles.
There also targeting on rental car services which needed to follow up every month.
